PSR partner Jesse Creed has been named to the 2025 list of Top 100 Lawyers by Daily Journal. The publication’s annual supplement honors the 100 top-performing attorneys in California.
The featured profile of Mr. Creed highlights his early beginnings at Panish| Shea | Ravipudi LLP and his road to obtaining over $7 billion for his clients since joining the Firm in 2018.
A week or so after his arrival, he was working on motions and depositions for Porter Ranch victims of the largest natural gas leak in U.S., a case which resulted in up to $2 billion in settlements for the victims, largely due to his leadership in the case.
“I had no idea the amount of work I was walking into,” Mr. Creed told the Daily Journal. “During the pandemic, I was doing nonstop remote depos. I learned how to ask the right questions of difficult witnesses.”
Also highlighted in the publication is Mr. Creed’s three California Lawyer Attorney of the Year (CLAY) awards as well his leadership in the Maui Fires litigation, a role that led to his first appearance before a high court and resulted in a ruling that allowed a $4.04 billion settlement for wildfire victims move forward. The Hawaiian Supreme Court Justices blocked a legal effort by insurers to file subrogration suits to offset their losses.
