Rachel Solow

Rachel Solow is a trial attorney at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP, where she focuses her practice on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and products liability cases throughout Nevada.
Ms. Solow began her legal career more than 20 years ago under the mentorship of esteemed Las Vegas trial attorney J. Mitchell Cobeaga. She credits Mr. Cobeaga with profoundly shaping her approach to the practice of law, instilling the values of hard work, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right for her clients.
Early in her career, Ms. Solow focused on high-stakes civil litigation involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex business disputes. She later joined a prominent national defense firm, where she represented physicians and attorneys in professional liability matters and handled sophisticated employment, class action, and collective action litigation. More than 12 years ago, Ms. Solow returned to representing injured individuals, bringing a dedicated, client-centered approach to advocating for those harmed by the negligence of others.
Ms. Solow earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, she received three CALI Awards for achieving the highest grade in Legal Writing II, Professional Responsibility, and Water Law. She also served as President of the Public Interest Law Association and volunteered in the law school’s legal clinic, where she conducted public education seminars.
Ms. Solow is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Nevada Justice Association. Her extensive litigation experience, meticulous attention to detail, and deep commitment to client advocacy serve as the foundation of her practice and her pursuit of the best possible outcomes for those she represents.
