Mariah Ogden

Mariah Ogden is an attorney at Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP, where she focuses her practice on sexual abuse and catastrophic personal injury litigation. She represents survivors and seriously injured individuals in complex, high-stakes matters in state and federal courts throughout California.

Ms. Ogden began her legal career advocating for individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, and rideshare-related sexual assaults. Over the course of her career, she has helped secure tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for her clients. She now concentrates her practice on representing survivors of sexual abuse and individuals harmed by the negligence and misconduct of school districts and other public entities, medical facilities, private universities, businesses, and religious institutions, including the Catholic Church and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as well as youth-serving organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America.

Ms. Ogden is deeply committed to civil justice and remains actively involved in the plaintiffs’ bar. She currently serves as the Public Relations Chair for the Consumer Attorneys of California New Lawyers Division and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and the American Association for Justice (AAJ).

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Ms. Ogden attended University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and now resides in San Francisco. Outside of her practice, she enjoys Pilates, exploring the Bay Area with her fiancé and their dog, and traveling internationally.
