Tom Schultz Elevated to P|S|R Partner

Panish | Shea | Ravipudi LLP is pleased to announce attorney Tom Schultz has been elevated to the position of partner with the firm. Mr. Schultz focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability and financial loss, as well as pharmaceutical and medical device cases.

Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Schultz has been a part of many of the firm’s significant cases leading to more than one billion dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of our clients including a $160.5 million verdict for a traumatically brain injured client, a $36.5 million verdict for a spine injury client, a $34.5 million verdict for a leg amputee, a $20.5 million wrongful death verdict, and many others. Most recently, he was a member of the trial team who obtained an $11 million verdict for a motorcyclist who suffered severe injuries in a collision with a Los Angeles Department of Water and Power vehicle. Over the course of his 33-year career as an attorney, Mr. Schultz has represented over 4,000 plaintiffs and recovered more than $2 billion for his clients.

For his work on behalf of plaintiffs, Mr. Schultz has been recognized by several legal organizations and publications, including as a two-time finalist for Consumer Attorneys of California’s Consumer Attorney of the Year award and five Top Verdict by Dollar and Top Verdict by Impact recognitions by Daily Journal. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell — the highest rating possible for an attorney –and listed as a Southern California Super Lawyer as well as among the Best Lawyers in America®.

Mr. Schultz received his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. He is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the American Board of Trial Attorneys Orange County Chapter.
